1.preparing scheme of work and lesson plan weekly or monthly 2.preparing lesson notes to be taught 3.marking the class register twice a day 4.preparing students report and confidential card at the end of each term 5.maintaining good class room management and professionalism at all times 6.participating in extra curricular activities of the school 7.addressing students in the assembly when my duty arise 8.reporting observation and comments during my duty week 9.following record of student's progressive performance in continuous assessment. being a teacher, i solve lots of issues ranging from mental, social, psychological, guiding and counseling, organizing extra classes for students etc. from a different perspective, i was successful in registering grade that has never been achieved by by predecessor in the taught subject(commerce). in a similar fashion, i was able to create a club called the commerce club of farafenni senior secondary school which unites students of that streams together to embark on academia,debates,symposium,environment and most importantly to become more inclined towards the pursue of their academic career. As a teacher, i also render services to students in different subject areas, most especially those that want to opt for private classes

1.Recording all the sales receipt into accounting software called Quick Books pro, 2011. 2.Recording of expenses incurred in each day. 3.Transferring funds between cash at hand and the petty cash book (allocation of Funds). 4.Checking the total sales made for the different department namely, reception, mini market and pool bar and restaurant. 5.Checking the daily inventories in stock. 6.Writing off sign bills that are paid and recording those unpaid. 7.Checking the amount of hard currency made for the day and computing the profit if sold. 8.Filing all these documents into their different folders. 9.Computing the total revenue made for each day through a sales breakdown analysis.

1.To teach subject areas related to my area of discipline such as business management, commerce and financial accounting in brikamaba senior secondary school in region 5.. 2. coaching and enhancing the performance of students. 3.Maintaining discipline of students in class at all times. 4.Organised remedial classes for students specifically slow learners. 5.To Ensure classroom management and professionalism at all times. 6.Preparing a scheme of work on weekly or monthly basis. 7.Preparing lesson plan daily for easy facilitation of teaching and learning in the class. a great deal of success was achieved in this school, bridging the shortage of teachers at that time. enabling the pupils to have their areas of concern address and solve by different specialty. since the school was located in the rural areas where many teachers avoid going due to lack of social amenities and better incentives for them. my presence as a national volunteer teacher was really welcoming and an immense contribution to the students both socially, physically, mentally, and technologically.

To collect scripts from the WAEC officer in charge and return them after checking. 2.To identify transcriptional errors both in the basic and senior secondary school. 3.To identify additional errors both in the basic and senior secondary school. 4.Recording of both errors that are vetted by various subject officers in special forms. 5.To abide the rules and regulations governing work in council. collectively we were able to figure out the errors in the students answer book comparing to the printed version in terms of transcript errors, omission, or wrong entry for the student. a remarkable achievement demonstrated.
