Company’s activities are industrial design, projecting plastic body-parts, projecting and manufacturing plastic injection molds, injecting plastic products. I joined company as a sales manager, also carring out other activities. All my duties were: 1. Active sales of service - cold calling, recieving and working out incoming calls and direct appeals. 2. Contacting Chinese partners - transfering technical documentation from local design department to Chinese engineers. 3. Business correspondence in English. 4. 3D modeling of plastic products and/or parts and units of injection molds. Eventually I left active sales and got to work with incomming clients. My duties were: - Arranging offer, specifications, technical task as an essential part of contract with customer. - Arranging technical task for Chinese partners, confirming 2d-3d drawings and samples of products. - Control deadlines. I started learning chinese for better partnership and friendship with Chinese partners. Also I visited exhibitions in Moscow, such as Interplastica, Zdravookhranenie (Healthcare), MIPS (Protection, security and fire saving), searching for clients and partners. I took part in exhibition Innoprom`12, `13 in Ekatherinburg. Also my duties contain visits to customers to discuss and sell our services. Now my duties are: 1. Arranging technical task for projectig and manufacturing molds. 2. Cofirming technical documentation, 3. Test samples, 4. Testing and inspection molds, making reports. 5. Working out reclamations, guarantie service and repairing molds. 6. Business correspondence in English. 7. Duty journey to China to inspect molds at the factory. 8. Duty journey to Customer’s factory to arrange testing and handing molds over.

Plant’s activities are military purpose optical systems, medical equipment, geodesy equipment, national consumption products. 1. Drafting department: Constructing illuminating devices and national consumption products. 2. Injection mold drafting department: - Constructing Molds for thermoplastic, thermosetting plastic, aluminum. - Repairing documentation and relevant workflow. 3. Laser sintering laboratory. Duties are: - Operating and service Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) Machine and 3D-Printer. - Producing disposable master-models of polystyrene for investment casting. - Producing master-models of polyamide and photopolymer resin for sand casting. - Rapid prototyping using polyamide and photopolymer resin. - Relevant workflow.
